Many customers are not able to access the checkout/description page when they hit "Get this for free", this is due to the change in the DNS settings of our website, it takes 24 to 48 hours for DNS settings to propogate fully, we are hoping that by Monday morning the changes have propogated fully, we appreciate your patience.....Michelle

Log In feature BETA: We are pleased to announce the "Log In" feature. The log in feature will populate the basic bill to and ship to fields for you at the checkout provided you are signed in. It will not fill up any type of payment information as we do not store any type of card numbers or paypal details. Another advantage of the log in feature is that you will be able to view your order history with one click. Also note that it is not necessary to sign up to get our items for free. As always your input is greatly appreciated. We do suggest that you delete all your browser cookies, and temporary internet files and cached offline content, specially for AOL users for the log in feature to work properly.......Michelle

MouseOver Update: Customers using any other browser then IE were not able to see the description box, and our developers needed some time to fix this, so we have switched back to the previous version in which you have to click on get this for free to view the description, we appreciate your patience....Michelle

4 Item update: Placing your cursor over the images will bring up a description box, however please note that this feature currently does not work if you are using a Firefox browser, we are working on it to correct the issue, so in the mean time please use IE to browse our site, we appreciate your patience....Michelle

4 Item Format Update: Some customers were not able to see the pop up description, we have removed it and have placed the description of the item at the begining of the checkout, so when you hit "Get this for Free" you will see the description followed by the checkout. This is a temporary fix until we find a better way to display the description on the home page itself, We appreciate your patience......Michelle

We are pleased to announce the Beta version of our 4 item page. We have been working on it for a while, and this format was decided based on the feedback from the community. Dial up users may occasionally experience slow page loading, and we are working on the page and hoping to make it more faster so that all users regardless of their internet connection can enjoy the selection that this format provides.

The 4 item format is simple to understand, there are 4 boxes and each item starts in box A which is the top left box, and after 5 minutes moves to box B which is the top right box and then to C and finally exits from box D which is the lower right box. So each item stays on the home page for 20 minutes, and a new item is introduced every 5 minutes. Moving the mouse over the picture will display the description of that item, make sure that your pop up blocker is turned off for this to happen. Some users have experienced a bit of sluggishness during the description display. We have tested the page with a load stress and all of its features are working properly, however the performance of this page depends on your internet connection, your computer and on the number of users that are accessing the site, we greatly appreciate your patience.

4 Item View Update: We greatly appreciate the overwhelming positive response we got for the 4 item format. While the 4 item format worked for most people, there were a few customers having issues with the format, such as not able to see the description and slow page loading, in order to overcome these issues we have to make some major coding changes. Our IT department has been given a go ahead to make those changes and once everything is done we will bring the 4 item format again. I do not have an estimated time but it will be until March or so of next year before everything is done. Once again we appreciate your patience and your feedback........Michelle

New Product Line: We are extremely pleased to announce that we have added today about 20 styles of plain Silver Pendants & Earrings made by the Electroforming Process.

Our designers for the longest time were creating abstract designs that were bold and dimensional, however the manufacturing department was not able to bring those designs live with the normal casting method. The only other manufacturing technic was the electroforming process, a process very complicated and a selective few companies were able to master it, after many attempts we were finally able to successfully implement the process and these 20 designs represents the first batch.

The designs are bold and unique, and based on the feedback of customers we will make more of them. These 20 styles are sprinkled through out the inventory and they will appear in rotation. We hope you like them. Thanks for reading...... Michelle 

Site Enhancement:  Around mid November, we will be changing our home page to show 4 items, instead of the current one item view. This enchancement was based on the feedback received from customers. The rotation logic will remain the same, each item will stay on the page for 20 minutes, however since there are 4 items, a new item will appear every 5 minutes, we also need to upgrade our server capacity before we can make this enhancement live, hopefully all this can be done by mid November. Thanks Michelle
